White Collar is perfect drama to me.
WHY
Charming
Neal Caffery is very charming character
and no one can resist him in drama.
He is the best con man,forger & thief.
Neal is very capable person,
so he can afford many things except love.
The story starts with finding his girlfriend, Kate who
left him.
I don't want to spoil the story,
so I won't mention it. :)
But, she's not a good woman.
Warm Heart
Neal has warm heart and he try to live with other
people.
He dream a new life without escape.
He is con man, but he caught by FBI agent, Peter Burke
who chased Neal for 5 years. How does he caught? Because of Kate......
In prison, Peter & Neal made a deal of work-release
program
which they work together as a partner.
Burke needs help to catch other criminals.
Neal needs to get out of prison to find Kate.
The point of this drama is two.
Neal's amazing con skill which will surprise you.
You can also enjoy this conventional but successful
partnership.
As their partnership grow, Neal crave his old life.
Peter is determined to convince Neal that an honest life is possible.
If you start it, you never stop this.
I saw one of the episodes (I think it was the first one) of White Collar when I was teaching TV & Screen English. One of my students showed us the episode for her presentation.
